Returns Policy
We hope that you never need to return anything to us, however should you need to, the item must be in it’s original condition and packaging, within 30 days of the day you received it and we will replace the product or credit your account

To return your item(s) please:
- Take your unwanted or faulty item(s) to your nearest Ecopipe Store.
If the products are in satisfactory condition, a full refund will be made to the same credit account or credit/debit card that was used to place the order. If payment was made by a debit/credit card, the refund may take up to 14 days to appear in your bank account.
